Central Health Plaza
The Boulevard Comprehensive Care Center has relocated to 515 W. 6th St., the Central Health Plaza, two blocks south from its previous location at 1833 Boulevard. The remodeled medical center will house the Infectious Disease Clinic, the Center for Prevention Clinic, the Refugee Health Clinic, Disease Control Administration, the Ryan White programs, the Clinical Research Program, Mental Health Services, and Epidemiology.
